Step-by-Step Guide
Inspection Check
At the beginning of the workday, during routine inspection rounds, all deceased animals are carefully collected and placed in a securely covered box on the inner side of the barn.
Continue your Routine
Thanks to optimal protective measures against external influences—such as rodents or birds of prey—the inspection rounds can be conducted seamlessly in all areas of the farm's barns.
Collection
Once the animal inspection is complete, proceed with a wheelbarrow or another container vehicle to the hatch on the outside of the barn. A simple lever pull activates the tipping mechanism, allowing the animal carcasses to effortlessly slide into the designated collection container.
Cleaning
Immediately after emptying, the hatch is thoroughly cleaned. Once cleaned, it is securely closed again to maintain a consistently hygienic condition.
Disposal
Once all hatches on the farm have been emptied, the collected animal carcasses are properly disposed of in the designated carcass container.
End of Workday
With the proper disposal of the animal carcasses and the final cleaning of the system, the workday comes to an end – significantly reducing the risk of cross-contamination within the farm.
